Terms of use

These terms explain how to use the Vila Trampolim website, how information and enquiries are handled, and how these website terms relate to any later transaction. Read them alongside the Privacy policy and the terms provided for a particular product or service. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.

1. The website operator and these terms

These conditions concern the English-language website for Vila Trampolim Shopping Paragem, focused on indoor family recreation. The company responsible for the site is identified in the About page and footer, with its real Brazilian address. English language and the domain do not establish a park in the United States. Website information, a later visit agreement and the unit’s on-site participation rules have different roles. Clarify the responsible party and relevant conditions before making a commitment.

2. Using information to make a decision

Explore the Shopping Paragem activity overview, practical visit information and unit photographs together. The photographs document the unit’s setting; they do not identify a currently available session, exclusive event area or inclusion in every package. The requirements for an activity can differ from those for another area of the park. Check the current date, opening hours, participation requirements and accompanying-adult arrangements for the people attending before relying on an assumed visit arrangement.

3. Enquiries and the contact process

The Shopping Paragem enquiry form prepares a local preview from the name, reply email, chosen topic and message entered by the visitor. An optional company or group name can be included. You can review the preview and use its link to open an email application. The website does not transmit the message or confirm delivery. A draft is not an admission ticket, held date, accepted event proposal or acknowledgement that the unit has received an enquiry.

4. Quotes, orders and separate agreements

If a discussion about indoor family recreation develops into an arrangement, obtain the details for that particular visit or event. Relevant matters include the date, session, number of participants, spaces and activities included, requirements for accompanying adults and any separately agreed food or event provisions. An event-space photograph does not establish a private-hire commitment. Payment recipient, price, currency and cancellation conditions should be clear in the arrangement actually offered, rather than inferred from a general website description.

5. Prices, availability and specifications

This Shopping Paragem website does not display a checkout or collect a deposit, admission payment or card information. The current price and any particular eligibility conditions need to be read in the actual offer for your visit or gathering. Confirm what a proposed amount covers and the currency before paying through a separate agreed channel. The website does not supply a universal package price or promise that another unit’s arrangements apply here.

6. Photographs, descriptions and supporting material

Unit photographs are drawn from the published Vila Trampolim Shopping Paragem page. They provide context for the indoor spaces and activities and are not photographs of a proposed private event. A picture does not decide suitability for an individual participant or replace the rules for the area concerned. Review the information supplied for the actual session and follow the unit’s instructions. General recreation descriptions on this site do not promise risk-free activity or a particular physical outcome.

7. Responsible access and prohibited interference

Use the website for lawful browsing and genuine enquiries. Do not impersonate another person, send material you have no right to disclose, submit malicious code or attempt to obtain access to systems or information that are not intended for you. Avoid activity that disrupts the website or prevents others from using it. Ordinary accessibility tools and legitimate browsing are not prohibited by this section. If you believe you have found a technical vulnerability, describe it through the contact channel without accessing or exposing other people's information.

8. Content rights and permitted use

Website text, photographs, graphics, trademarks and software may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to the operator or to third parties. You may view the material and retain copies for your own consideration of the business, subject to applicable law. Reusing protected material commercially, removing attribution or implying that another party's content is yours may require permission from the relevant rights holder. This section does not restrict statutory exceptions, lawful quotation or rights granted by an explicit licence accompanying particular content.

9. Messages and material you provide

Send information that is relevant to your enquiry and that you are entitled to share. Avoid including passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive information in an ordinary contact message. If you provide material concerning another person, consider whether that person knows about the disclosure and whether you have authority to make it. Supplying an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your material to us or grant an unlimited marketing licence. Processing personal information connected with an enquiry is addressed in the Privacy policy.

10. Links and services operated by others

External links, embedded media and third-party tools may lead to services with their own conditions, privacy practices and availability. Check the destination and the identity of the provider before entering information, accepting a separate service or making a payment. A link does not by itself establish who is responsible for the resulting transaction. The scope of any dealership, supply or other commercial relationship should be checked against the specific description on the relevant page. Ask for clarification if responsibility for a service or transaction is unclear.

11. Website availability, errors and accessibility

Access may be interrupted by maintenance, network failures, browser limitations or other technical problems. A malfunctioning control or a confirmation shown by a browser does not necessarily establish that a message was received. If information appears incomplete or a feature prevents you from using the site, contact us with the page address and a description of the problem. You may also request clarification of material that is difficult to read. Responsibility for a technical failure remains subject to the applicable agreement and law.

12. Consumer rights and responsibility

Responsibility for website information and for any transaction is assessed under the applicable agreement and law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer remedies, misrepresentation protections, statutory warranties or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A business-specific warranty or remedy may apply in addition to those protections. The fact that a transaction occurs after an online enquiry does not itself eliminate rights associated with that transaction. If a question arises about a description, payment or performance, retain the relevant page, correspondence and transaction records.

13. Updates, questions and resolving concerns

The date shown on this page identifies the current published version. Website changes may require an updated explanation of how a feature works. A later revision does not automatically rewrite an earlier agreement or extinguish an existing claim. Use the Contact page to raise a concern and identify the page or transaction involved, the relevant dates and the outcome you are seeking. You remain free to use any complaint, regulatory or dispute resolution channel available under applicable law; contacting the business does not waive those options.
