Decide who is joining
Consider the approximate age range, accompanying adults and whether the outing is an ordinary visit or a planned event. Those details affect the practical questions to ask. An adult should handle a family enquiry without sending children’s full names, school information or medical details through a general message.
Confirm the park requirements
Before attending, check current participation rules, required clothing or equipment and supervision arrangements with the unit. Explain an accessibility requirement through an appropriate conversation and ask what arrangements are possible. Avoid assuming that an activity photograph establishes suitability for a particular person.
Arrive at the right place
The unit is at Shopping Paragem, Avenida Professor Mário Werneck, 1360, in Buritis, Belo Horizonte. The company record identifies Loja 325. Confirm current hours and any session details before travelling; a website enquiry is not itself an admission ticket or reservation.
